This is for you if you're feeling burned out after a stacked life transitions. Whether it's a new city, a new job, a breakup, or a baby, the systems that used to work don't anymore.
Maybe you started a new job or got laid off, started a relationship or ended one, moved to a new city, welcomed a new baby...whatever your story is, let me guess: the systems that used to work stopped working.
Now you crash on the couch every night with no motivation or energy to do the thing you said you would do and you can barely follow your own to-do list.
You've heard it all: give it time, give yourself grace, rest more, reset your nervous system, try a new time management hack, or just be more disciplined. But you've tried that, you're still stuck in a rut, and you're starting to wonder, "Am I just lazy?"
You're not! When life changes, the systems that used to hold everything together don’t come with you. Without them, life starts to revolve around the to-do list, and there’s no room left for the things that light you up. That's why you're burned out.
What you really need is clarity on what kind of life you want to build, and a daily structure that does the heavy lifting for you, without relying on motivation or guilt.
And that's not a discipline problem, or a time management problem. It's a design problem.
Your daily routine should build the life you want, not just maintain the one you have.

12 weeks of 1:1 coaching to figure out what you actually want after everything changed, and rebuild your days around it, so you can get out of survival mode with clear goals and the daily structure to actually achieve them...without relying on motivation or guilt.
This isn't another productivity system that optimizes your existing schedule. It's a total reframe: goals first, everything else around them. Most frameworks start with your time and try to fit your goals in. This one starts with your goals and builds everything else around them.

PHASE 1: FIGURE OUT WHAT YOU ACTUALLY WANT NOW
Before we build anything, we slow down. This phase is a self-discovery experience. A chance to step back from the noise of daily life and get genuinely honest about what you actually want. Not what looks good. Not what you were told to want. What you actually want.
Through a guided deep-dive I call the Viewfinder, we'll surface your true values, desires, and identity independent of anyone else's expectations. From there, you'll turn what you discover into the kind of real, specific, measurable goal you'll actually be excited to pursue even when things get hard.
The reason you don't have time or energy to work on your goals is because your routine was built backwards — around what you have to do, not where you want to go. Clarity fixes that at the root.
PHASE 2: BUILD DAYS THAT FIT YOUR NEW SEASON
This is where your goals get off the vision board and onto your calendar. You'll map the path from where you are to where you want to go — all the way down to the specific daily tactic, not just the vague strategy. You'll also design your routine around your natural energy windows, so you stop fighting your own biology and start working with it.
And you won't just design one version of your day. You'll design three. Your Dream Day, your Default Day, and your Downshift Day. One for when everything goes right. One for a normal day. One for when life gets in the way. So your plan can survive real life before it even starts.
Everything in your calendar should trace back to your goals. When it does, busy isn't a burden.
PHASE 3: STOP STARTING OVER
This is where it becomes who you are, not just what you're trying to do. You'll learn to troubleshoot your habits at a preventative level, because when something isn't sticking, the answer isn't to try harder. It's to diagnose smarter. Every habit breakdown happens at one of three layers, and once you know which one is breaking down for you, you can solve for it directly instead of just gritting your teeth.
Every day you follow through is proof for your brain that you can do this. With time, your brain starts to believe you're someone who follows through. That shift from effort to identity is when consistency starts to feel like the natural result of your day, not something you had to white-knuckle.
You don't need a perfect streak. You need a short recovery time.
I'm not here to tell you what to do or hand you a one-size-fits-all plan. You know your own life better than anyone. My job is to be your strategic thought partner, someone who provides a framework and outside perspective, and helps you install it in a way that actually works for your life, your goals, and your season.
Think of me as the person in your corner who can see what you can't see, ask the questions you haven't thought to ask, and hold you to what you said you wanted with zero judgment and a whole lot of belief in what you're capable of building.
And unlike most productivity coaches, I won't tell you to pick your big three and cut the rest. I'll help you make room for more of what you want, without burning out.

Things rarely slow down on their own. It only takes about 90 minutes a week with a weekly 1:1 session and short, focused exercises. The whole point is to take weight off, not add it. You don’t need more time. You need a structure that works even in the busy seasons.
Structure doesn't mean a fixed, rigid schedule. It means intentional rhythms that support your lifestyle. We'll design something flexible enough to survive real life, because that's exactly what Dream, Default, and Downshift days are for.
Not at all! But, if you do, even better. If you're starting from scratch, the Viewfinder exercise is a deep self-discovery experience designed to help you see yourself, your life, and your ambitions in a completely new way, so that by the time we start designing your daily structure, you know exactly what you're building toward. If you already have a goal in mind, we'll spend the bulk of our time designing the structure to actually get you there.
Yes, even if you’re more type B. Routines are hard to stick to when they feel forced, usually because they weren’t built around your actual life. This isn’t a rigid system you have to force yourself into. It’s a framework we build together, around your goals and the way you actually work. And half the program is dedicated to follow-through, with me in your corner until consistency stops feeling like discipline and starts feeling like just who you are.
Time is your most valuable resource, and chances are you’re already spending money trying to cope: takeout on the nights you’re too tired to cook, retail therapy, subscriptions you never use, a vacation that wears off by Monday. This is an investment to fix the root of it.

Book a call and we'll spend dedicated time looking at your specific situation, your current daily structure, where your goals keep getting pushed out, and what's actually getting in the way. You'll walk away with clarity and at least one practical shift you can implement right away, whether or not we end up working together.
If it feels like a fit, I'll share what it looks like to go deeper inside the mentorship. Just an honest conversation about whether this is the right next step for you right now.
